WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CONSTRUCTION
Affected area: 4th Street, from Pacific Avenue to west of Washington Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic.
EXPECTED TIME-LINE: Construction will begin in winter of 2025 and is expected to take 5-7 months to complete.
PARKING IMPACT:
NO on-street parking will be available in the affected area.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites parking garage is accessible.
The parking garage at Washing and 4th is available.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
4th Street is being rebranded as Quincy Square to pay tribute to the musician Quincy Jones, who spent formative time in Bremerton Armory. As our new anchor for the Creative District these updates will provide a permanent band stand and increased sidewalk space for festivals, community events and live performances!
